The Training
From batch 29, two board members of the foundation, Nico vd Poel & Pieter Wijkmans, started coaching the students during their internship period.
The companies have a supervisor / counselor who guides the students during the internship period.
In addition, the students are guided in making a presentation & report of the internship period by the coaches of the foundation and they assess the report at the end of the 6 month study.
In addition, each month the coaches visit other educational companies with the entire batch so that they gain a broader understanding during their internship period than just the company where they do their internship.

The coaches are experienced teachers in horticulture / agriculture who teach the students as much as possible with great passion and dedication.
